Meet the members of our ensemble!

Ivan Nogueira (Vigo, Spain 1990) is a cellist and creator based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. In 2015 he graduated from the Master's classical program at Codarts, Rotterdam. Since then he has been working as a freelance musician and teacher, developing his own music projects and collaborating with other artists.

Iván likes to combine his different musical backgrounds. He often finds himself between diverse contrasting performing scenes, such as classical, contemporary, jazz, world music and theater.

Recently he has released his first album (On.Cello – tones&tunes) featuring his own compositions for cello solo in Keltic and classical styles.

Iván Nogueira (Vigo, España 1990) es un violonchelista y creador afincado en Rotterdam, Países Bajos. En 2015 se graduó en el programa de maestría clásica en Codarts, Rotterdam. Desde entonces trabaja como músico y profesor independiente, desarrollando sus propios proyectos musicales y colaborando con otros artistas.

A Iván le gusta combinar sus diferentes formaciones musicales. A menudo se encuentra entre diversas escenas interpretativas contrastadas, como la clásica, la contemporánea, el jazz, las músicas del mundo y el teatro.

Recientemente ha publicado su primer disco (On.Cello - tones&tunes) con composiciones propias para violonchelo solo en estilos keltic y clásico.
